The front desk staff, particularly Twinkle, was incredibly helpful and made our stay seamless, even arranging a new shuttle for us last minute. the room was spacious with a comfortable king bed and modern amenities like a big TV. the breakfast selection was varied and satisfying, catering to different preferences. The pool area was clean and a nice spot to relax, especially before heading to the nearby port for a cruise. Despite the property showing a bit of age, the management and staff were attentive and ensured a welcoming atmosphere, going above and beyond to assist guests. Their pet-friendly policy was a bonus for animal lovers. The Best Western Cocoa Inn's location near top attractions like the Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach provided convenience for exploring the area. the complimentary WiFi and on-site cocktail lounge with billiards offered extra perks for an enjoyable experience. Overall, the Best Western Cocoa Inn offered a pleasant stay with its attentive staff, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location. My companions and I appreciated the efforts made by the hotel to ensure a delightful experience, making it a recommended choice for future visits to Cocoa, Florida.
